PROGRAM
Our program committees lead and support our ongoing mission, fellowship, worship and education opportunities. All program committees are open to all members and friends of the congregation to join at any time.
FELLOWSHIP
- Sue Balakrishnan, chair
- Nurtures the congregation through creating opportunities for meaningful fellowship
- Meets 2nd Sundays of the month after worship at 12 noon
SOCIAL JUSTICE
- Rebecca Cramer, chair
- Guides Christian ideals in our community and the broader world
- Meets monthly on Monday or Tuesday via Zoom at 7 PM
WORSHIP & FAITH FORMATION
- Beth Aura Miller, chair
- Recommends and supports the direction of God’s worship in common with educational programs for children, youth and adults
- Meets 2nd Mondays of the month via Zoom at 7 PM
ADMINISTRATION
In addition to the Session and Deacons, the administrative committees lead and support the effective leadership of the congregation. Members of administrative committees are selected by the current committee, the Session, or the pastor, and are chaired by a current member of the Session.
DEVELOPMENT
- Caty Poole, chair
- Responsible for guiding the church’s current and future financial well-being, and telling our story
- Meets as needed (TBD)
BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
- Bruce Peabody, chair
- Maintains, upgrades or expands the buildings and grounds of the church as appropriate
- Meets 2nd Wednesdays at 5:45 PM at the church
PERSONNEL
- Jane Hindenlang, chair
- Advises the church on personnel policies and practices, compensation, benefits, labor and employee relations, and organizational structure
- Meets 2nd Tuesdays of the month at 9 AM via Zoom
