Summer Contra Dance

All are welcome to join us for this multi-generational gathering at First Pres. Come at 5pm for a community-style picnic (weather permitting). We’ll begin with an I’ve Been Meaning to Ask speed-friending hour from 5:00–6:00 pm, where picnic blankets scattered across the lawn will invite participants into meaningful conversations. Rotate from blanket to blanket, meeting new people and exploring thoughtful questions together.

Starting at 6, the Lavender Collective will guide us through an evening of contra dancing, teaching all the moves along the way. No experience or partner is required — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to have fun.

Suggested donation of $10 at the door to defray costs. Water and lemonade available. BYO food. Space is limited! Please RSVP.
