Grace to you, and peace in the name of Jesus Christ. We hope you will join us for worship this Sunday, May 31st, as we gather together as a community of faith, to hear God's Word read and proclaimed, and to be sent out into all the world to love and serve God and God's people.

Another year of Church School comes to an end. Join us at 9:30 a.m. for a celebration. There will be games, refreshments, and a time to recognize and give thanks to our children, youth, and their leaders. All are welcome!

Worship begins at 10:45 a.m. in the sanctuary. *The scripture lessons for the day are Isaiah 6:1-8, Psalm 29, and Romans 8:12-17. Co-Pastor Bill Goettler will be the preacher for the morning, reflecting on the unique nature of the Triune God, as the church marks this day as Trinity Sunday.

Come and join Co-Pastors Bill Goettler and Maria LaSala for lemonade and cookies, Sunday May 31st at 12:30 p.m., Monday, June 1st at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3 at noon or Thursday, June 4 at 11:00 a.m. These gatherings will be an opportunity to say goodbye, hear about what will happen during this time of transition, and share your hopes and concerns. The Day of Pentecost Worship begins at 10:45 a.m. in the sanctuary. The scripture lessons for the day are Romans 8:22-27 and Acts 2:1-21. The children and youth of the congregation will tell the Pentecost story. Co-Pastor Maria LaSala will be the preacher for the morning.

The Pentecost Offering will be received during worship. This special offering supports ministries teaching young people to make faith, community building and service a part of their lives. It supports young adult volunteers serving around the world, ministries with youth and for children at risk. 40% of the offering remains with our congregation to support youth oriented programs in New Haven.
