In preparation for All Saints Day on November 4, we invite you to bring forward names of people who have died in the last year whom you wish to remember on that day.

Presbyterians Doing Justice
The words of Micah are ringing in our ears this week:
“God has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the Holy One require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Presbyterians all over the country are accustomed to working for justice for LGBT people in the church – especially in those years when we’re heading into a General Assembly and we prepare to prayerfully discern the will of God through the voices of the people. We are pleased to introduce our new Youth Group leaders, Anna and Joel Hamaguchi!
Anna and Joel hosted a kickoff lunch on September 30 for youth in grades 6-12 and have many more activities planned for the year.

Our choir has begun rehearsals for the fall season, and we sang in the worship service for the first time on Sunday, September 16. We have welcomed two new singers into the choir this fall, and we encourage anyone else who has a love of singing and wants to participate in a lively and devoted group to join us. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 and Sunday mornings at 9:30. Choir members who can’t come to the Wednesday rehearsal come for the full rehearsal on Sunday; those who do come to the Wednesday rehearsal come at 10:00 on Sundays.… Continue
